SPUN PP DEPTH FILTER CARTRIDGE
The SP Series cartridges are made up of 100% pure PP fibers. The fibers have been carefully spun together to form a true graded density cartridge.

HIGH EFFICINCY PLEATED PP FILTER CARTRIDGE
Micron: 0.2, 0.45, 1, 5, 10, 25
The PL PP Series of cartridges are the most latest form of truly graded density micro-fiber media in pleated form. The multi layer pleating has created the graded density with coarser on the outside and finer towards the inside thereby increasing the dirt holding with very high efficiency.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER CARTRIDGE
The CT Series cartridges combine the long life of carbon black filtration with higher dirt holding capacity. These cartridges yield 5 micron nominal filtration which prevents the cartridge from plugging before its absorption capacity is exhausted, maximizing the utilization of the carbon.

FILTER BAGS

The Filter bags are made of non woven needle felt with glazed finish PP. This finish is created by melting of the outermost surface fibers producing a bond which reduces the possibility of migration. The PP moulded top and the ends are ultrasonically welded together. The Filter bags are made of three layers of media. The inner layer works a aper filter which is made of the omit coarse Nylon mesh, the centre layer is non woven felt which does the actual filtration and the outer most layer is made with super fine spun bond fabric for final filtration. The unique Rubber collar ensures zero BYPASS & 100% seal and very accurate filtration.

PVC FILTER HOUSINGS
The PVC filter housings are ideally used for wide range of applications including residential commercial and Industrial. These are available in 5″, 10″ and 20″ configuration with both slim for low flow and Jumbo for large flow application. The Optional Relief Valve on the inlet of the cap gives ease of air release and prevents vacuum damage and full utilization of the filter elements. The thick side walls give it high pressure ratings. The Top seated silicon O rings in the slim and the body fitted double O rings in the Jumbo makes it Leak Proof even at High Pressure applications.

SS MULTI CARTRIDGE HOUSINGS / SS STRAINERS
The SS Series of Stainless Steel Housings are heavy duty units meant for large commercial and industrial applications. These units are custom made as per the process and design requirements of the user. The technical support in making these units successful includes complete in house drawings, tests and inspection procedure which are strictly followed for every single unit. The flow range we can handle is as 500m3/hr from these systems.
The STAR series of stainless steel strainers are ideal pre filters for ETP/STP and large Ultra Filtration Systems. The Unique CIP design makes it easy to clean with least down time. These are tailor made system to accommodate / handle high volumes of suspended solids. The pleated design strainers used in these systems makes them compact offering very high filtration area and high dirt holding capacity.

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS
The DS series comprise the vast range of Distribution system primarily used as the internals of the FRP tanks. These are made with very high quality plastics with exact pore sizes to suit the application. These Distribution systems are easy to assemble and install. The assembly Consist of finely slotted grooved laterals that allow easy channeling of water to flow without passing the media or resins to the systems. The uniform spacing and grooving allow uniform distribution of water during backwash and service flow. The Specially designed Vacuum Breaker prevents air lock in the system saving loss of damage of vessels being crack due to vacuum or result leakages in the line.

RO MEMBRANE
The RO membranes include membranes of both 4″ & 8″ used for Brackish water with maximum TDS of 8000 ppm. We can also provide Sea Water, Low fouling & Speciality on request with attractive prices and delivery.
FRP PRESSURE VESSELS
The FRP Pressure Vessels are made up of high performance composite material with filament winding. All Pressure Vessels are 100% corrosion resistant with Thermoplastic Liners of Polyester. These are NSF & PED Certified.
These are widely used for Pressure Sand Filters, Softerers, Mixed Bed, De Mineralization and Carbon beds.
MEMBRANE PRESSURE VESSELS
High precision FRP winding technology & superior raw material go into the manufacturing of RO housings. This enable to withstand high pressure. FRP material provide resistance to almost all chemicals & hence can be used in a variety of corrosive environment. Being light weight, these housing are easier to transport and install. RO housing comes with complete head assembly which has 20-40% lesser parts.

VICTAULLIC TYPE COUPLINGS
The VC series consist of Cast Iron Victaulic Type ribbed couplings. They are used for connecting grooved end pipes. The cross ribbed constructions supports high working pressure. The EPDM Coupler in the Glands provides flexibility, contraction and expansion. The Style 77 type couplings boost pressure ratings as high as 1000 psi.

Danfoss KP pressure controls are used for regulating, monitoring and alarm systems in Industry KP pressure controls are for gaseous media, air and liquid. KPL pressure controls are suitable for plant in connection with liquid and gaseous media.
The pressure controls are fitted with a singlepole switch changeover (SPDT). The position of the switch depends on the setting of the pressure control and the pressure in the Connector.

WATER FILTER MEDIA
Filter Media is used in the water treatment process to remove many solids from water or wastewater and requires little maintenance. Media filtration is a type of filter process when water passes through the filtration media it will remove solids from the liquid. Complete Water Solutions Filter Media are used for filtering out numerous small particles, including sediment, iron, chlorine, and organic materials. The top layer of the filter media Consists of fine sand, which removes the small particles. The underlying layers of the filter media support the sand and allow for efficient drainage of the newly filtered water. The water Source willl affect which type of media is needed. The process and time it takes for the water to pass through the water filtration system is dependent on what the water will be used for. Filter Media is suitable for all types of water systems, ranging from industrial applications to commercial use.
